Official Giveaway Rules

Intura Solutions, LP (Intura), is giving away one thousand (1,000) licenses to use the Intura Vision software.  Intura will distribute these licenses at five (5) restaurant industry trade shows in 2007 and reserves the right to determine the number of licenses distributed at each show. 

• International Pizza Expo (Las Vegas)
• SW Foodservice Expo (Dallas)
• Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo (Los Angeles)
• Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show (Orlando)
• Northeast Pizza Show (Atlantic City)

Qualifications: 

• Recipients of the license MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE THE LICENSE at one of the five (5) restaurant industry trade shows.
• The recipient must be a legal resident of the United States and must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the giveaway.
• The recipient of the Intura Vision software license must be an owner or authorized officer of a business entity operating a restaurant concept within the United States.
• This offer is limited to one (1) license of the Intura Vision software per business entity.
• The recipient must complete a registration card at the show validating their qualifications to receive the Intura Vision software license.
• The recipient must sign Intura’s Software License Agreement and Software Support Addendum to receive an activation code to use the license within ninety (90) days of receipt of the license.
• The recipient must implement the Intura Vision software license within one hundred and eighty (180) days of activation.
• Prior to activation of the software, the license may be provided to another qualified business entity that has not already received a license under this offer.
• This offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount.
• Due to the nature of this free giveaway, we will require you to schedule assistance with installation, onsite training and/or remote training of the Intura Vision software with Intura’s Client Services team.
• Void where prohibited by law.
