The Setup module in the Intura Vision software is what drives the functionality of your system. With hundreds of setup options in the system, you can fine tune Vision to match your store operations.

 

All of the other modules in the system are set up through the following areas:

 

Customers - All customer information is managed including phone numbers, addresses and specific payment requirements on each account. Delivery areas are also established through the setup of streets, sectors, cities and states (or regions).  Detailed carrier route information can also be set up for sites located in the United States. (Pre-loaded streets and carrier route information is included with each system shipped.)

 

Employees - Define two types of users in the system: administrative and employee. Maintain all employee information along with important date information that is linked with employee positions within store operations. Set up security classes to define how employees gain access to all areas of Vision.

 

Menu -  The "heart" of the POS module is defined in this area of the Setup module. Create an unlimited numbers of menu categories, items, coupons, option groups and attributes. Everything about what you sell is defined including sizes, pricing, theoretical food cost, combo meals and UPC bar codes.

 

Inventory - All food items are entered for tracking actual and theoretical (ideal) food costs. Inventory management settings are created for each inventory item that include counting type, min/max stocking levels and order/count/portion unit ratios and costs. Vendors are also entered and are primary vendors assigned to each inventory item.

 

System Options - The Vision system provides numerous system options that allow the user to further defined how you operate your business. These options include but are not limited to: accounting periods, payroll structure, sales tax setup, mileage reimbursement, sales periods (day parts), printer settings, etc...

 

Intura Solutions knows that everyone doesn't operate their business the same way.  The Setup module helps to define how Vision is used in a manner in which you are accustomed.
