The Management module of Intura Vision provides the tools to analyze current business information to help improve operations and the bottom line.  Regardless of your reporting requirements, daily, weekly, monthly and/or period operations are easily closed and completed in a matter of minutes.

 

All operational reporting can be viewed on screen, sent to printer or exported to several file formats including Adobe® PDF and Microsoft® Excel. A powerful batch reporting tool makes it easy to print multiple reports with a click of a button. Set up batch templates for reporting on a recurring frequency basis. You can supplement Vision's 65 reports and charts by designing your own custom reports with Crystal Reports.  Simply drop the report file in a folder on your system and it will be available to your staff in the Custom Reports tab.

 

In addition to reporting, the Management module also contains inventory management to track daily food costs including theoretical, waste and variances to actual food costs. Intura Vision also suggests food orders with your suppliers based on the history of usage patterns within your store. Create orders and receive them when they arrive.

 

Track all employee deliveries, coupons and cash drops through the Employee Checkout feature. Extensive management of shifts for all employees including overtime management and delivery reimbursement features.

 

A powerful new feature of Intura Vision is the Income Statements financial reporting function. Use the Income Statements design feature to create your own statements. Create as many income statement templates as you desire, detailed or summary, and easily generate Profit and Loss statements based on transactional information in your system. Utilize system generated accounts as well as define your own accounts to enter information for both cash and non-cash transactions.
