Intura Solutions Forms as Limited Partnership

ARLINGTON, Texas — January 7, 2005 — Intura Solutions, LP, today announced its formation as a new Limited Partnership.  A Certificate of Limited Partnership was filed and approved by the Office of the Secretary of State of Texas.  Intura will maintain its principal place of business at 201A East Abram St in Arlington, Texas.   Intura will be managed by Intura Management, LLC, which is acting as the General Partner for the Limited Partnership.

Intura Solutions is currently negotiating to acquire software assets from other technology companies in the restaurant industry.
