Intura Acquires Assets From NTN and Pinnacle

ARLINGTON, Texas — February 7, 2005 — Intura Solutions, LP, a leading supplier of point-of-sale and management software for restaurants operating delivery and quick service concepts, today announced that it has completed transactions with NTN Communications, Inc. (AMEX:NTN), of Carlsbad, California, and The Pinnacle Corporation, of Arlington, Texas, to acquire software assets from both companies.

Intura Solutions acquired some assets from the Software Solutions division of NTN Communications, Inc., that included NTN Vision, NTN Enterprise, and legacy applications Relief Manager Plus, Store Link Plus, NTN netOrder, Sell More Pizzas, and Office Polling.  The NTN products will be re-branded under the Intura name.

Former Breakaway International and NTN employees, Gary Peek and Stephen Richardson started Intura Solutions to continue building on a 15 year foundation of experience and quality support associated with the above mentioned POS products.  By retaining several key employees from NTN, Intura Solutions ensures current and future clients of a seamless transition while continuing high standards of quality in all areas including development and support services.

Intura Solutions also acquired a software asset from The Pinnacle Corporation, a software company providing technology solutions to the convenience store and fuel distribution markets.  This asset, known as QuickServant, is used to manage inventory for food service operations running in a number of convenience store operations.  Intura is currently developing a product road map for the next generation of the product that will be announced in mid-September.

“The acquisition of these assets from NTN and Pinnacle will lay the foundation for growth during the next few years” said Gary Peek, president of Intura Solutions.  “We are very excited to bring a more focused plan to our customers that is being built with an experienced team of software professionals.”

NTN Communications and The Pinnacle Corporation will participate as limited partners along with Peek and Richardson.  The acquisition closed on February 4, 2005.
